 Junior Boot Camp - New sessions . Sept. 20th. Sign up now!  The next session of Boot Camp will begin. Registration forms are at the front desk. Classes include fitness training and Nunchukus or Escrima stick training. Fun Fun Fun!!

Saturday Taekwondo 8:30a Class.  You must sign up for this class before!! the Saturday you plan on attending. Sign up sheets should be out in the Lobby area.

TAI CHI Classes: Thursdays 10:30am Classes taught by Master Tom Mazzaffero. Info at the school info desk 

 Adult Total Body Workout Tuesday Nights 8-8:45pm Come on Gang! Let the stress of the day GO! Hang out with me and burn some fight with good o'l fashion weight training and cardio! It's just $40.00 for 10 Classes!  That's it!  Register at the school

NEW!:09' YEAR Mechelle'e Way Tournament Team. Team Uniforms & Warm Ups: Must: Committ to 4 tournaments in 09/Qualifiers & Nat'ls included. / Must attend training classes / Must participate in fund raisers / Must have an FUN/ AWESOME 2009 Year. More info to follow.
